height.weight是數據框(data.frame)，Height應該是height.weight中的一個變量
with就是把所有操作都限制在數據框上。
比如說你手上有兩組數據，asian是亞洲人的身體參數：體重 身高 視力等等，european是歐洲人的
那么with(asian,height) 就是調去asian數據中的height
with(european,height) 就是調用european數據中的height
