看微軟的Server.UrlDecode(),乍一看，很像是 public static class Server{ public static string UrlDecode(){};},實際上是在Page類來實例化了HttpServerUtility 為Server,那么是不是static方法就可以消失了？微軟這樣做的好處是什么？
