你是不是使用了錯誤的.net framework 右擊你的項目屬性看看。

初步估計是引用添加的有問題，刪除EatGood.BLL項目中引用的System.Web，然后重新添加，注意不是

.NET Framework Client Profile

Project properties
Click on the Tab Application
In the "Target Framework" drop down, be sure to select ".NET Framework 4" and not the one with the suffix "Client Profile"
