資料下載里的源碼有一個寫法看不懂，請高手指點！
這個圖片，源碼里css將他寫成了背景圖，但是我不解的是為什么還要在<h1>中加<a href="#">騰訊軟件中心</a>？這段文字又顯示不出來。寫在這里有什么意義啊？以下是源碼：

這跟SEO有關，舉個栗子來說，如果這個A標簽不加任何內容的話，搜索引擎怎么知道它是干嘛用的。就只知道這個是A標簽，搜索引擎是不會分析背景圖片內容的。
