瀏覽器可以直接打開HTML文件，如果編寫代碼的話，電腦自帶的記事本就可以編寫，但是寫起來比較麻煩，可以到網上下載vscode或者sublime Text軟件，支持語法高亮以及Element插件可以直接拓展非常好用
