我剛才試了一下，工程中要有structs.xml和web.xml文件才行 ，沒有的話是會出錯的

首先，你要確定??包含struts-tags的jar包加入classpath??
其次??<%@?taglib?prefix="s"?uri="/struts-tags"?%>?這個標簽，手動寫一下，prifix=“”里面的內容，用alt+/?添加（看看eclipse能不能有提示）。
?第三，以上還是不行的話，換一個tomcat試試。
