就我所知 python 3.2 以后的版本中 ，應當使用import configparser
如果是python 2.7 使用為 import ConfigParser
The ConfigParser module has been renamed to configparser in
Python 3. ?The 2to3 tool will automatically adapt imports when
converting your sources to Python 3.
