問題自己解決了，看了《Hibernate初探之一對多映射》，把hibernate.cfg.xml里的
<mapping resource="entity.Users.hbm.xml"/>
<mapping resource="entity.Students.hbm.xml"/>
改成
<mapping resource="entity/Users.hbm.xml"/>
<mapping resource="entity/Students.hbm.xml"/>
就好了。
