因為web.xml中的前端控制器如果設路徑為"/"，那么也會把靜態資源也攔截掉，利用<mvc:resources mapping="/static/**" location="/static/" />可以排除對靜態資源的攔截。

byte[]二進制數組，避免不同環境下因為編碼的原因造成亂碼的問題。假如用string，在真實的環境下，shiro在一臺web服務器上，redis在另一臺web服務器上，如果2臺服務器設置編碼不一致，程序中也沒有特定指定key，value的編碼，就可能傳過去之后出現亂碼的問題。而二進制數不會亂碼。
